The owner of a unique company which helps people improve their wellbeing though the power of plants is to appear on national TV this weekend.
Chantal Dawson, from Lawshall, near Bury St Edmunds, who runs a company called Grow My Wellbeing, will be appearing on Jimmy & Shivi's Farmhouse Breakfast on ITV 1, this Sunday.
The show, which airs between 8.25am and 9.25am is hosted by Jimmy Doherty and Shivi Ramoutar.
Jimmy is also well known for running Jimmy's Farm & Wildlife Park, in Wherstead, near Ipswich.
The show, now in its third series, features ‘delicious food and drink, craft, animals and country life.’
Chantal said: “It’s very exciting to make my first TV appearance.
“I can’t say too much about what I will be doing on the show but encourage people to tune in as it will be a lot of fun.”
Chantal helps people with their wellbeing through workshops, be they individuals, groups, businesses, schools or care homes.
She teaches mindfulness through all aspects of indoor plant growing and care - and also sells products from her online shop to help people take up the hobby themselves.
On Sunday, Jimmy and Shivi are also joined by former Olympic athlete Iwan Thomas.
Jimmy gives viewers a tour of his farm's butterfly house and explains the delicate ecosystem the team have created for the butterflies and moths there.
Shivi helps with harvesting asparagus, shares the money-saving hack of regrowing, and shows how to get the most out of food scraps.
